1. Who we are
MyLegends is operated by Lava Grove Ventures LLC. These terms describe use of this local preview. Before commercial services launch, we will publish terms reflecting the actual generation, purchase, and fulfillment services.
2. Appropriate use
You must be an adult to use the studio. Only use photos and other content you own or have permission to use, including permission from the people depicted. For a child’s photo, you must be a parent or guardian with authority to provide it.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, exploitation, harassment, deceptive impersonation, or infringement of others’ intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not upload intimate images or sensitive identity documents.
3. Your photos and ideas
You retain any rights you hold in the photos and text you provide. In this preview, selected photos are displayed locally in your browser and are not submitted for generation. Downloading a brief does not create an order or transfer ownership of your content.
4. AI artwork and examples
Displayed sample artwork is AI-generated. Examples do not guarantee a particular likeness or result. Generated works may contain errors or resemble other works; exclusive rights and suitability for every use are not guaranteed.
5. Purchases and physical products
No purchase can be made in this preview. The intended model is a paid digital artwork with optional physical products chosen afterward. Final prices, product details, shipping terms, and cancellation policies will be presented before live purchases become available.
6. Product requests
Local request drafts are not received by us and do not reserve a discount. The planned program is described on the product request page. A suggestion does not guarantee development or a release date.
7. Availability and changes
This preview is provided for evaluation and may change or be unavailable. Save any briefs you want to keep. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
